Shipping & Return Policy

Shakara Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. We encourage each and every customer to purchase insurance at checkout, to protect your purchase from any unforeseen events. If you opt out of purchasing insurance for your package; you are opting out of protecting your purchase. Shakara Hair Extensions will not refund, or reship any order that shows as "delivered", or any order lost/stolen once in the possession of USPS. Please purchase insurance at checkout to protect you and your investment. 

 

All order come with a tracking number, an adult signature is required upon delivery. Please make sure someone is there to receive your package or schedule a pick up date with your local USPS post office.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. All products are not refundable or returnable and may not be exchanged.

If you believe that you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best hair. Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong item.

Remember item can not be taken out of the package. Shakara Hair Extensions has the right to refuse a return if signs show the hair has been tampered with. 

 

Order Cancellation Policy:


To cancel an order you have placed with shakarahairextensions.com you must contact customer support by email at support@shakarahairextensions.com before it has been SHIPPED. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

ALL STANDARD SHIPMENTS (FLAT RATE)  TAKE 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS  (NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS) 

USPS EXPRESS MAIL TAKES 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS  (NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS) 

ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS TAKE 5-8 BUSINESS DAYS ( TIMES MAY VARY) 

PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT! 

FOR CERTAIN TEXTURES PLEASE ALLOW 3-4 DAYS BEFORE SHIPMENT 

Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. keep in mind if shipping is delayed due to weather or unscheduled events etc, please allow additional shipping time to receive your oder.

 

 Stolen / Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Your order will not be replaced.

 

 PLEASE ENSURE YOU ORDER IS 100% CORRECT BEFORE ORDERING, THERE WILL BE NO ORDER CHANGES ALLOWED AFTER YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED .
